Since its establishment in 1992 ,our co***ny has been developed into a large-scale manufacturing and marketing enterprise of warp knitted fabric North China with 56 million yuan in fixed assets . In the factory ,there are more than 400 skilled professionals and workers and the main production equipment has reached the international advanced level ,with 48 units of German imported warp knitting machine (mainly including 20 units of HKS Tricot machine ,8 units of RS Raschel and 16 units of RSC3- MSU weft insertion machine ) as well as 12 units of various cotton and polyester yarn dyeing machine .at the same time ,we also have 3 high temperature setting operating pipelines and one cotton-shrinking and dyeing setting pipeline with the annual output of 2,000 tons of various polyester warp knitted fabric and about 1800 tons of printing and dyeing fabric . with the 15 years rich experience in R&D ,we are able to develop and produce a wide range of warp knitted fabric according to the customersĄŻ required specifications .
We make the National Standard FZ72001-92 as the production guide .Our products have passed the quality inspection at all levels and are in line with the National Export First-Class Cloth Standard with Grade 4-5 of dry rubbing and washing color fastness. The products are the best-selling in Beijing ,Tianjin ,XiĄŻan, Shandong ,Liaoning ,etc., and we also have established long term relationship with a large number of Imp.& Exp. and foreign co***nies.
